Satisfaction Analysis of Local Residents in a Protected Area on the Restricted Visiting System: Case Studies of the Gombaeryong and Geumgangsonamoo Ecotrails
본 연구는 제한적 탐방제를 실행하고 있는 곰배령 생태탐방로와 금강소나무숲길 지역주민을 대상으 로 만족도와 태도를 설문 조사하고, 만족도에 미치는 요인을 분석하였다. 지역주민의 주요 만족 원인은 탐 방객으로 인한 수입 증대로 나타났다. 곰배령 지역주민 만족도는 2.86점으로 금강소나무숲길의 3.94점보 다 유의하게 낮게 나타났으며 곰배령 지역주민의 주요 불만족 원인은 제한적 탐방제 운영과정에서 발생한 주민들 간의 갈등이었다. 이익배분의 형평성 문제가 곰배령 주민들 간 갈등의 원인으로 조사되었고, 공동 체 의식, 주민참여 및 리더십 관련 문제는 금강소나무숲길과의 비교·분석을 통하여 잠재적 갈등 원인으로 파악되었다. 핵심주제어: 산림유전자원보호구역, 탐방 제한, 지역주민 만족도 This study surveyed the satisfaction and attitudes of residents of Gombaeryong and Geumgangsonamoo eco-trails, which are implementing a restricted visiting system, and analyzed the factors that affect satisfaction. The main reason that local residents are satisfied with the restricted visiting system is the increased income from visitors. The residents' satisfaction at Gombaeryong was 2.86 points, which was significantly lower than the 3.94 points of those at Geumgangsonamoo. The main reason for dissatisfaction among the residents of Gombaeryong was the conflicts among the residents that occurred while the restricted visiting system was operating. We investigated the profit distribution equality problem as a cause of the conflict between the residents of Gombaeryong. community-related consciousness; resident participation and leadership-related problems were identified as potential conflict factors through comparison and analysis with Geumgangsonamoo.
